Responsibilities:
Your Role:
As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing innovative strategies that drive measurable results. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and achieve key performance metrics.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and Executing Strategies: Design and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with clients’ KPIs, ensuring daily budget optimization for maximum ROI/ROAS.
- Managing Tools and Platforms: Oversee campaigns across tools like Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, RTB, Criteo, TikTok, X (Twitter), and more.
- Client Engagement: Regularly meet with clients to review performance, address needs, and take swift action to achieve ROAS targets and other KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with e-commerce, marketing, and CRM teams to align digital strategies with brand objectives.
- Industry Insights: Stay on top of the latest trends in digital media and recommend innovative solutions that align with client goals.
- Optimization and Testing: Identify A/B testing opportunities, analyze performance, and implement optimization strategies to maximize success.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed weekly and monthly performance reports to key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in statistics, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in SEM and Paid Social Ads Management.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and the ability to craft effective digital strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics skills.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and strategies.
